It is not too early to look into Summer Dance Camps and training. My daughters have attended some wonderful Summer Dance Camps including, New York City Dance Alliance, Julliard Summer Intensive, and The Gold School Summer Intensive (Massachusetts). Each one of these camps provides technique work, core training introduction, nutrition information, and some pure fun. The camps differ in pricing so you must find one that suits your needs and your wallets. The January issue of Dance Spirit magazine has a list of over 200 Summer Camps for 2009.
